Refund Policy
All Sales are Final
NO refunds will be provided unless the following events occur:
- Pharmacy cancels the order and is unable to move prescription to another pharmacy
- Order is not able to be fulfilled at the standard processing dates (7-21 days)
Orders generally take about 7-21 business days to arrive, whether to clinic or home.
Home Delivery Disclaimer
If medication is arriving home, please note that if it arrives damaged, order is delayed, or is lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the pharmacy and NOT the clinic Orion Health & Wellness Services DBA Orion Weight Loss. Therefore, refunds will not be provided by the clinic, but by the pharmacy itself. However, the clinic will assist both patient and pharmacy to resolve any issues that may occur with the arrival and delivery of medication.
