Account and order updates only: payment links for approved treatments and refills, shipping and pickup notices, and check-in reminders for your progress. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. Messages do not contain detailed medical information.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you register on our patient portal, or later in your profile settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or treatment.
Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts after that. To start again, reply START or turn SMS back on in your profile.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
